Privacy policy
This text sets out the site's terms. It is not legal advice and does not replace review by a professional.
1. The most important part, first
The financial figures you enter never leave your device. Every calculation runs in your browser. There is no server receiving your prices, costs, margins or order volumes; no database storing them; and nothing survives a page reload.
In this version, additionally:
- No contact or registration forms.
- No user accounts and no sign-in.
- No first-party cookies.
- No third-party analytics or advertising scripts.
Your browser's local storage (localStorage) only holds the market code you picked: two letters, for example ES or US, so you do not have to select it on every page. It is not an identifier, it cannot be used to recognize you, and you can clear it from your browser settings at any time.
Separately, your browser's session storage (sessionStorage, cleared as soon as you close the tab) records whether you have already dismissed the language or market suggestion banner, so it is not shown again for the rest of the visit. It does not identify you either, and it never leaves your browser.

3. Data processed
3.1. Calculator data
None. The figures you type are processed in your browser's memory and are not transmitted. They are never sent to any analytics system, not even in aggregated or anonymised form.
3.2. Market preference and dismissed suggestion banners
The market code is stored in localStorage; if you have dismissed the language or market suggestion banner, that flag is stored in sessionStorage and disappears when you close the tab. Both rest on the legitimate interest of the tool remembering a usage preference, and neither is transmitted to any server.
3.3. Hosting server connection data
The hosting provider may log technical request data (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type) in order to keep the service running, ensure its security and produce aggregated technical statistics. This is inherent to how any website works.
3.4. Email
If you write to the contact address, your address and the content of your message are processed solely to reply to you, on the basis of your consent in writing to us.
4. Analytics
The site is technically ready to add a web analytics tool, but none is active in this version: with no identifier configured, no external script is loaded.
When one is enabled, it will be with these safeguards: only navigation metrics will be collected (page views, traffic source, interactions such as “a calculator was used” or “the breakdown was opened”) and never any financial figure. The site code includes a parameter allow-list that technically prevents sending amounts, margins, prices, costs or order volumes, and discards any numeric parameter. And your prior consent will be requested where the law requires it.
5. Advertising
The intention is to fund the site with advertising. In this version the ad slots are reserved but empty: no advertising script is loaded and no information is shared with ad networks.
Before enabling advertising that uses cookies or identifiers, a certified consent management platform will be installed, this policy will be updated, and the cookie policy will list which providers are involved and for what purpose.
6. Recipients and transfers
No data is shared with third parties except where legally required. The hosting provider acts as a processor for the technical connection data described above. If analytics or advertising providers are added in future, they will be identified in this policy together with information about any international transfers and their safeguards.
7. Retention
Calculator data is not retained because it is not collected. The market preference stays in your browser until you clear it. Server technical logs are retained for the period determined by the hosting provider. Emails, for as long as needed to handle the enquiry.
8. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw any consent given, by writing to the contact address in section 2.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if you believe the processing does not comply with the rules.
A practical note: since no calculator data is retained, there is nothing to access, rectify or erase in respect of that information.
9. Minors
The site is aimed at people carrying on a commercial activity and is not intended for minors. No data is knowingly collected from minors.
10. Changes to this policy
Any material change — in particular enabling analytics or advertising — will be reflected on this page with a new update date.
