1. Acceptance

Using this site and its calculators implies acceptance of these terms and of the legal notice and privacy policy. If you do not agree with them, do not use the site.

2. Service provided

The site provides calculators and informational content free of charge, without registration and without artificial usage limits, in two interface languages and with configurations for eight markets. There is no service contract, no professional relationship and no guarantee of outcome.

The tools run entirely in the user's browser. No connection to any service of the owner is needed for the calculations to run.

3. Nature of the results

!Results are estimates based on the information you enter. Fees, taxes and platform terms can change: always check the figure that matters to you against your invoice or the official platform. They do not replace your real invoices, your official accounts or professional tax, financial or legal advice.

In particular:

• Results depend entirely on the data the user enters. Incorrect inputs produce incorrect results.
• Third-party fees and tax rates are editable reference values that may be out of date, and some are expressly marked as pending verification. Each user's contractual documentation and real invoices always take precedence.
• The tools do not convert currencies and do not query exchange rates.
• The calculations do not cover the totality of a business's costs: they exclude fixed costs, taxes on profit, depreciation and cash-flow effects. The detail is in the methodology.
• The results are not tax, accounting, financial, investment or legal advice.

4. Permitted use

You may use the calculators freely for your professional activity, including work for clients, and quote the content with attribution and a link to the original page.

The following is not permitted:

• Bulk extraction of the content by automated means.
• Reproducing the site or substantial parts of it to offer an equivalent service.
• Presenting the results as a certification, audit or professional opinion.
• Removing or altering the notices about the estimative nature of the results when reusing them.
• Interfering with the site's operation or attempting to access non-public parts.

5. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”, with no warranty of freedom from error or of continuous availability. The owner is not liable for direct or indirect loss or damage arising from use of the site or from business decisions taken on the basis of its results.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

6. Availability and changes

The owner may modify, suspend or discontinue the service, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice, and may change the formulas, the default values, the markets supported or the site's structure to correct errors or reflect third-party fee changes.

7. Advertising

The site anticipates displaying third-party advertising in future. The presence of an advertisement does not imply the owner recommends or endorses the product or service advertised. There is no active advertising in this version.

8. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law, as set out in the legal notice.

9. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. The applicable version is the one published at the time of each access, with the revision date shown at the top of the page.
