What is especially useful to tell us
- An out-of-date or unverified fee. If Etsy or Amazon changed a price, or if you have the official figure for a fee listed here as pending verification, send it with the link to the source.
- A result that does not match your real invoice. That is the best possible evidence that the model is missing a line item. Tell us which items appear on your invoice and not in the calculator — without sending documents or personal data.
- A market you are missing. With the country and, if you can, a link to your platform's official fees there.
- A case the calculator does not cover. A fee type, a tax regime, a shipping situation.
- A calculator you wish existed. With one sentence on the question it should answer.
What we cannot help with
We do not provide tax, accounting, financial or legal advice, and we cannot review a specific business's accounts. That needs a professional who knows your situation and your jurisdiction. We also have no relationship with Etsy, Amazon or any other platform, so we cannot intervene in issues with your seller account.
Privacy of your messages
This site has no contact forms: no data is collected through the web pages. If you send an email, your address and the message are used only to reply. The detail is in the privacy policy.
You do not need to send invoices, screenshots with your business data or confidential figures to describe a problem: a description of the missing item is usually enough.
